This book summarized information I've seen elsewhere, and also added to it. I knew about the 80/20 principle for some time, but never thought to extend it out. I will say here that I got this book on the 1 cent sale on Facebook. Part of the book is sales for his other products. (Why else would he give the book away for 1 cent?) I wasn't too shocked by this. I've seen it elsewhere. He does give some good information, though, even if you don't plan to buy any more services. One interesting bit is to fire your underperforming clients. Depending on who the client is, that can be dicey. Usually, the one exception many business owners will make is for family members. It's cheaper to keep them on and keep peace in the family than it is to fire them and cause more problems. Overall, a good book.
